So, no doubt war is one of the worst phases for any economy and with the effect of globalization, it is & will impact every economy and person in countries across the world.

With great crisis comes the challenge of survival & great opportunities. Few financial Logical guidance that we should follow- 

1) We don't know how long it will impact, so do not buy in lumpsum. 

2) Weak die first, Sell you weak investment which you are holding without any logic with very high valuations and poor business forecast. 

3) Gold is giving a huge breakout, so that can be a safe haven investment in the coming year. 

4) Buy good businesses or good funds as an investment with a mindset of watching a meltdown of more than a year, because of the effect of high inflation (Specially commodities like crude oil, gold, nickel, and natural gas), increased uncertainty, and low liquidity.

5) Mostly markets bottom out after the starting phase of war but we can't predict if it leads to something bigger. So, No big lumpsum on these Dips and if you want to take advantage of discounts in the market then- keep acquiring good investments on a systematic basis with a long time spread.

Risk management is really important in trading?

I Don't want to talk much on the topic before putting a real example of recent action in Nifty price action and traders lost a big part of their capital. Date- 15 March 2022 (3 days back) We got a superb Bearish pattern with high volume on the Nifty chart at a strong resistance level. People shorted with high conviction and a few bought Puts and others shorted Calls. & Next day what happened? Date- 16 March 2022 If someone shorted with full of their capital, they are bound to lose most of their capital in one day.
